From our apartments for rent in Malta, a flat to let in San Pawl tat-Targa. It comes with three balconies, 2 at the back, 1 at the front. One of them used for laundry, there are lines already fixed, and one was converted as a mini utilities room. The front one is quite nice and spacious. Since the road is wide and we’re on the second floor, there’s a lot of light and one can enjoy sitting outside as well. It’s not a busy area, very quiet and has a couple of gardens up the road as well. The area makes for nice walks in the evening as we’re just on the perimeter of a villa area. The apartment can accommodate 3 bedrooms. At the moment we have 2 fitted and the 3rd is a study since we did not need another bedroom, but can easily change that if anyone so wishes. Main bedroom has an en-suite and is a very comfortable size as well. There's another main bathroom and a bright open plan with kitchen, living and dining combined. It is designer finished and owners took great care with every detail.
