Situated just off Xaghra square, this charming villa is rich in its original feautres and its a truly lovable home for a pleasant stay. The large living room has a beautiful fireplace as its centre piece and a stunning stairway leading to upper floor. A large style kitchen is incorporated with the dining area and overlooks the pool terrace. Its a five bedroom property of which 2 twin are based at ground floor level and the ones on upper level are all spacious and enjoy an ensuite. Mater bedroom enjoys is Private Balcony which makes it perfect for sunbathing. The pool Terrace of this villa is truly superb , it enjoys a sunbathing terrace and its pool meas 9.5mx 8m which has an integrated Jacuzzi and ample patio furniture is provided . A deposit of 30% of the accommodation price is required. The balance of your holiday price must be paid at least ten weeks before arrival date. Cheques can only be accepted if received more than ten weeks before arrival date. If you fail to pay in full ten weeks before arrival date your holiday will be cancelled. If you book within ten weeks prior to arrival date this will be classed as a late booking and we must receive full payment by bank draft before we can confirm your booking. Customers are required to provide for themselves all necessary insurances against personal injury, damage, theft, cancellation, delay, etc. All payments are non-refundable. Arrival & Departure Unless otherwise stated, check in is from 3pm onwards. All properties must be vacated by 12pm midday in order for us to prepare the property for the next incoming guests. General Property rules No visitors are allowed on the premises without our express permission. Absolutely no pets are allowed unless by written agreement from the owner. We are not responsible for any noise or disturbance going on in the nearby area such as traffic or construction works. Water, electricity and gas consumption are included in the price.
